Bradford City, Bradford Township, and Foster Township Police Departments will be joining the Pennsylvania State Police and more than 330 municipal agencies to conduct targeted aggressive-driving enforcement today through Aug. 30.
The law enforcement activities will be conducted on Route 219 in McKean County.
As part of the Aggressive Driving Enforcement and Education Project the third Wave will aim to reduce the number of aggressive-driving related crashes, injuries and deaths on 474 roadways throughout the State. Any aggressive driver stopped by police will receive a ticket.
The aggressive driving enforcement is a part of the Pennsylvania Aggressive Driving Enforcement and Education Project and is funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Please visit www.justdrivePA.com for more information.
