A Bradford man was arrested early Thursday morning after a confrontation with Bradford City Police. Court records say that a car, operated by 23 year-old Todd Hale Jr., was traveling at a high rate of speed on Davis Street and had to break hard at the traffic light there before entering the Hotel Holley parking lot. Police tried to detain Hale after he exited the car and had to subdue him to arrest him. While searching Hale officers found two baggies of suspected crack cocaine on him. He is facing several traffic charges and possession of drugs and unauthorized use of a vehicle and was sent to the McKean County jail on $20,000 bail.
