A Bradford man accused of threatening staff at BRMC’s emergency room has waived his preliminary hearing.
26-year-old Johnathon Shroyer was arrested for causing a disturbance in the emergency department waiting room, and taken to the police station until he calmed down enough to be treated at the hospital. Police took him back to the hospital and left when he agreed to cooperate. Shortly after that police were called back to the hospital when Shroyer threatened a nurse who was trying to help him and said, “You’re all dead when I get out of here.”
He was released from jail on unsecured bail following this morning’s hearing.
