DWI Charge for Franklinville Man

A Franklinville man is facing DWI charges after an accident in Carrollton. 36 year old Chad Allen was arrested after a single-car accident on Route 417. State Troopers administered field sobriety tests, which Allen failed, and a breath test revealed a blood alcohol content twice the legal limit.
