Former Phillies Manager Green Dies

Former Philadelphia Phillies Manager Dallas Green died Wednesday in Philadelphia.  Green was 82.  Dallas Green spent 62 years in baseball as a player, manager, general manager and team president.  He guided the 1980 Phillies to a World Series championship.  As a pitcher Green was just 20-22 in the 1960’s.
