City of Bradford Police are investigating a drowning incident Sunday afternoon in the city. EMT’s responded to a call of a 40 year-old man who had reportedly drown at 41 Pearl Street and pronounced him dead at the scene. McKean County District Attorney Stephanie Vettenberg-Shaffer says the man was pulled from the water, given CPR, but couldn’t be revived.
