The woman accused of selling heroin in an Eldred parking lot has waived her preliminary hearing in front of District Judge Bill Todd.
Stephanie Cossairt of Olean, who will be 25-years old on Thursday is accused of selling 30 bags of heroin to a confidential informant with the McKean County Drug Task Force for $670.
The alleged incident happened in the early morning hours of April 7.
22-yearold Nicholas McConkey of Smethport, who originally told police his name was Nicholas Barnes, is accused of providing the heroin to Cossairt. He waived his preliminary hearing a month ago.
They are both still in McKean County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail each.
