Pennsylvania state Superior Court has upheld a designation labeling a Bradford man a sexually violent predator. 32 year-old Aaron Nazario pleaded guilty in 2016 to charges of indecent assault of a person under 13 for the sexual abuse of a child between October 2012 and May of 2014 when a girl was between 7 and 9 years of age. Last December a hearing was held and Judge William Morgan ruled that Nazario was a sexually violent predator and would be required to register with state police for life. And, Superior Court agreed with the assessment saying that the prosecution had clear and convincing evidence that Nazario met the criteria to be a sexually violent predator.
