Clarion Limestone grabbed its second straight KSAC title and their fifth in six years by holding off Keystone yesterday 57-52.
The Lions led 46-29 going into the fourth quarter when Keystone tried to rally, but a combination of shooting and defense by Clarion Limestone limited the damage they could do.
Hayden Callen was named the game’s MVP after scoring a game-high 18 points, 12 in the second half.
RIDGWAY 45, ELK COUNTY CATHOLIC 43, OT
Undefeated Elk Catholic is Undefeated no more thanks to an overtime win by the Ridgway Elkers last night.
Ridgway tied the game up with a three-point shot with three minutes left, then two free throws with 11 seconds left. The two teams traded the lead back and forth in overtime, but at the final buzzer Ridgway was on top.
COUDERSPORT 78, SMETHPORT 35
Coudersport ended their regular season with a 78-35 rout of Smethport.
Owen Chambers led the Falcons with 28 points. Ian Woodruff led the Hubbers with 12 points.
