An Erie man is facing charges in a couple of cases for selling drugs in Bradford. Court records say that 42 year-old James Luper is charged with possession and attempted sale of heroin, crack cocaine and marijuana in July and December. Police executed a search warrant in July of last year at a High Street house in the city and found crack, a suitcase with vials of marijuana in it, baggies of weed and $120 cash. Then in December Luper was arrested after selling heroin and cocaine to a confidential informant. Luper is in the McKean County Jail on $105,000 bail
