Memorial Day Parade will look a little different today due to the Pandemic. Rather than miss another year of the tradition, the Memorial Day Parade will be a drive thru parade similar to the Thanksgiving Parade.
Line-up for the parade will begin at 9:30 am on Campus Drive and will begin at 10:30 am. The head of the parade will be the City of Bradford’s Police Honor Guard and vehicles followed by Bradford City Fire Department vehicles, VFW members, Legion Members, VFW Auxiliary and Legion Auxiliary and a 1955 Mack B Model Pumper owned by Jim Long and Lanny Layton, followed by all other participants.
A short service conducted by VFW Post 212 and American Legion Post 108 will be held in Veteran’s Square at 11 am. Another service, also hosted by VFW Post 212 and American Legion Post 108 will be held at Willowdale Cemetary at 11 am.
