Join us to learn some of the latest information on Non-Timber Forest Products (including: American ginseng, goldenseal and leeks) and their importance both economically and culturally! Starting with an overview to better understand these species, the workshop offers updates on ginseng biology and stewardship. The speakers will talk about “Best Management Practices” for harvesters, collectors, and buyers. At the end of the day there will be a question and answer portion as well.
