Four people were injured in a roll-over Sunday night on Route 36 in Stueben County in New York state. Police say the vehicle, operated by 18 year-old Jade Mengee of Ulysses failed to negotiate a curve and then rolled repeatedly, ejecting the driver and three passengers. The four were taken to St. James Hospital in Hornell and later transferred to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. Mengee is listed in satisfactory condition. Two others are in guarded condition. The accident remains under investigation.
