Kyle Larson won the 400 at Michigan Sunday. Larson won the pole and led 80 of the first 108 laps but, felt he didn’t have the best car in a race in which Martin Truex Jr. swept the first two stages. Larson used a series of late restarts to take control of the race and take the lead with 15 laps to go. He also takes over the Monster Energy Cup points lead thanks to his second victory of the season and his second straight win at Michigan dating back to a win last August at the 2-mile oval. Chase Elliott was second, Joey Logano third, Denny Hamlin fourth and Jamie McMurray fifth. Dale Earnhardt Jr. was 9th.
