A former Eldred man who robbed a bank and a Crosby’s store, and burglarized the Bolivar Country Club and several garages, will spend at least 10 years in prison.
28-year-old Chase Lotter, whose address is now listed as Johnsonburg, was sentenced in Allegany County Court to 3 1/2 to 7 years in prison for each robbery and 10 years for each burglary, but all the sentences are to be served at the same time.
Lotter is also accused of robbing the Kwik Fill on South Avenue in Bradford on July 31 as part of the same crime spree. That case is still at the District Judge level and is listed as “inactive.”
In 2013 he had been convicted, and served time for, robbing Buchanan Brothers Pharmacy in Eldred.
