The Erie man jailed for hitting a High Street man last week is now facing felony drug charges, too.
41-year-old James Luper was first charged on Friday after allegedly hitting a man who was “saying stuff to him in the street.”
Police conducted a search and seizure warrant at the High Street house where Luper was staying and found illegal drugs and cash.
He is charged with possession with intent to distribute and possession of two differed controlled substances.
Luper remains in McKean County Jail.
