A Belmont man is facing several charges, including felony DWI, for driving his ATV drunk. State Police stopped 44 year-old Steven Warner Tuesday on County Road 31 in the Town of Friendship. They say he was riding in the roadway, wasn’t wearing a helmet and when interviewed they detected an odor of alcohol. Warner refused to perform any field sobriety tests, was taken to the state police barracks in Amity where he also refused to take a breathalyzer test. He is charged with Felony DWI, because he had been convicted of a DWI within the past 10 years.
