The Seattle Mariners topped the Yankees Monday night 7-5. The Yankees got two homers apiece from rookie catcher Gary Sanchez and Starlin Castro. New York had taken a 5-3 lead in the sixth inning on a two-run shot by Sanchez and Castro’s second solo homer of the game. Michael Pineda got a no decision allowing five runs on seven hits in five innings of work.
