Warren Railcar Services is facing more than $58,000 in federal workplace safety fines.
OSHA issued letters of violation to the company today, following an inspection of the business in August.
OSHA noted 25 serious violations, according to the inspection, not properly labeling hazardous materials; having some machines without guards to protect workers’ hands or fingers from being crushed; and failing to pay for protective equipment for welders.
The company has until March 6 to contest some allegations and until March 24 to answer others.
