The Penguins topped the Sabres in overtime Tuesday night 5-4. Conor Sheary’s goal 16 seconds into overtime lifted the Penguins over the Sabres. Sheary had a pair of goals for the Pens. Sidney Crosby scored his sixth of the season. Phil Kessel and Patric Horqvist also tallied for Pittsburgh. Sabres center Jack Eichel ended a scoring drought of his own with his fifth goal of the season. Sam Reinhart, Benoit Pouliot and Evander Kane all scored for Buffalo. Kane has 10 goals in 18 games. The Penguins are 12-0-1 in its last 13 games against the Sabres, including seven straight wins at home.
