The Texas Rangers nipped the NY Yankees Wednesday night 3-2. Alex Rodriguez, who played shortstop for the Rangers at one time, hit his 100th homer in Texas. A-rod was 3 for 3 with an RBI. But, it wasn’t enough as the Yankees fell for the second straight night in Texas. The Rangers tied the game when scoring on an unusual 1-3-2-5 double play in the second inning. CC Sabathia took the loss allowing three runs on five hits in six innings of work.
