The second of two Titusville men charged in December with poaching in Warren County has been sentenced.
50-yearpold Albert Claypoole and 52-year-old Bradley Ongley were charged after killing two deer out of season in the area of Mickle Hill in Spring Creek Township.
On Friday, Claypoole was fined $1,000, and ordered to complete 25 hours of community service. His hunting license was also suspended for three years.
Earlier this month Ongley was sentenced to three months’ probation, $1,350 in fines and fees, 25 hours of community service and a three-year hunting license suspension
The maximum penalty for misdemeanor poaching can include losing your license for five years as well as jail time.
