Police have charged a second person in connection with the death of a Salamanca man who was found Saturday morning in a vacant lot on the Onondaga Nation in central New York. 23 year-old Cree Cathers of Syracuse is also facing a manslaughter charge in connection with the death of 33 year-old Carl Kettle. Police accuse Cathers and 22 year-old Jacob Homer of Syracuse with causing the death of Kettle after fight with the victim. Homer was charged Saturday night, 13 hours after Kettle’s body was discovered. Both men are being held without bail.
