A Smethport man is accused of selling a stolen gun to a firearms dealer in McKean County. Court records indicate that 41 year-old Timothy Major is charged with receiving stolen property and felony possession of firearms because he is a convicted felon not allowed to own them. Major sold a stolen Winchester 12 gauge shotgun to McKean County E-Sales. He is scheduled to be in Central Court on Thursday.
