Police say two Bradford men and a Mount Jewett teenager were caught stealing from the Allegany Walmart, and then two of them lied about their names.
Troopers say 22-year-old Damien Stover and 20-year-old Kenneth Bell, both of Bradford, and 18-year-old Richard Waldeck of Mount Jewett tried to leave the store with $22.83 worth of merchandise. After being released by police, they went back to Walmart.
When troopers went back to the store, they found two females in their car, and learned that Bell and Waldeck gave false names at the time of the arrest. They were both charged with false impersonation and obstruction of governmental administration, and then sent to Cattaraugus County Jail.
