The Vegas Golden Knights topped the Winnipeg Jets Thursday night 4-2. With the win the Knights grabbed a two games to one lead in the Stanley Cup Western Conference finals. Jonathan Marchessault scored two goals for the second straight game, including one just 35 seconds into the game. James Neal also scored for the Knights and Marc Andre-Flery had 33 saves to earn the win in the nets. Vegas, two wins from advancing to the Stanley Cup final, improved to 5-1 at home in the playoffs and host Game 4 on Friday night.
