A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a woman police believe sold fentanyl-laced heroin that killed a Coudersport man in November.
31-year-old Desiree Tipping of Lewistown is accused of delivering the heroin to 47-year-old Michael Langworthy of Coudersport on November 3 in a parking lot in Galeton.
Langworthy died that day.
Tipping is facing charges of drug delivery resulting in death, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.
