A Smethport man has pleaded not guilty in Cattaraugus County Court to child pornography charges.
33-year-old Adam Bachman is accused of using a computer to engage in communication with a minor that depicted sexual conduct, and to import, invite or induce a minor to engage in sexual activity. The alleged incidents happened last year in Franklinville.
The matter has been adjourned for motions.
In 2014, in McKean County, Bachman was sentenced to two to six years in prison for robbing Buchanan Brothers Pharmacy in Eldred.
