A man is accused of assaulting a a woman in a Duke Center home. Court records indicate that 23 year-old Zachary Fisher of Olean forced his way into a bathroom and choked a woman after pushing her to the floor. Fisher is charged with aggravated assault, strangulation and criminal mischief. He is free on bail.
