A Potter County woman has pleaded guilty to charges into two cases. Court Records say that 29 year-old Kortney Bundy of Austin pleaded to criminal conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with the intent to manufacture of deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia and also a count of escape. Bundy was a passenger in a vehicle which was stopped in Emporium by police in March, who discovered 25 stamp bags of heroin, five grams of cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana, three glass pipes and other drug related paraphernalia.
