A Cambria County Couple is facing over 100 animal cruelty charges.
State Troopers found 30 cats living in a residence that was filled with urine and feces, and said that all the cats were suffering from fleas. One cat was taken to Ebensburg Veterinary Hospital, were it died from the amount of fleas it had.
50 year old Zoeanne and 51 year old Raymond Skelly were cited for 30 counts of animal cruelty each, along with 60 summary counts.
