The third man, charged in the 2017 drug death of a Warren man, entered a plea to involuntary manslaughter. Douglas Harkins of Sugar Grove helped supply the synthetic marijuana, which was laced with a chemical that caused the death of 24 year-old Robert Marshall of Warren. In August, Cody Streit of Warren pleaded guilty to the same charges and Michael Marshall, also of Warren, entered a plea to tampering with evidence and possession of a controlled substance. Court records indicate that Robert Marshall died of acute intoxication of a chemical in synthetic marijuana ordered and furnished by Streit and Harkins.
