A Wellsville man was arrested Today on burglary charges
At 3:52 am Wellsville Police charged 31-year-old Zackery M. Tesson, following an early morning break-in at a Grover Street residence .
Tesson entered a home wearing a black ski mask carrying a backpack full of tools and knives and was confronted by the two residents after he entered their bedroom.
Tesson was taken into custody by Wellsville Police while attempting to flee the residence on foot.
He was charged with Burglary and Possession of Burglar Tools.
Tesson was committed to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail or $5,000 bond.
Wellsville Police are asking local residents to check their properties for any missing items from their property, as they recovered items that did not belong to the homeowners where to break in took place.
