8 people are facing charges after police found drugs and paraphernalia in two Salamanca homes.
Tuesday evening the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force searched a Highland Avenue home and found crack cocaine, fentanyl, and meth. They charged 52-year-old Candy Leon of Salamanca with 3 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and Jeffery Vaughn and Destiny Shoup, both of Salamanca, with one count each of possession.
Wednesday, the task force searched a Murray Avenue home and found crack cocaine packaged for sale and meth. 44-year-old Brenda Anderson and 21-year-old Ashley Oakes of Salamanca, along with 23-year-old Brett Williams of Coldspring, 28-year-old Jaquan Owens of Buffalo, and 28-year-old Johnathan Saracina of Angola are each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and related offenses.
