Two men have been arrested in connection with an assault at the Cattaraugus County Jail.
On Thursday, Sheriff’s deputies reported the arrests of Zechariah Wheeler and Devin Frisicaro. The arrests came after an investigation into the assault.
Both men were arraigned and released on their own recognizance.
