An Eldred man is in jail after being accused of punching and choking a woman during a domestic incident Sunday night.
Court papers say state police were called to Moody Hollow Road at about 9:30 p.m. and learned that Noah Hurrle kicked the victim in the chest, pushed her to the ground, punched her in the face, causing bruising and choked her.
He’s charged with strangulation, simple assault and harassment.
