A Bradford man is facing charges following a high speed police chase on I-86 in the Town of Friendship, NY.
State police say they saw a vehicle driving at an extremely high speed and attempted to stop it, but 36-year-old Justin Hallock drove away. He got off the highway, got out of the vehicle on Pennsylvania Avenue in Friendship, then ran away. Troopers found him a short time later and say he was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. His BAC was .13 percent.
He was charged with fleeing a police officer, reckless driving, DWI, and traffic violations, and scheduled to appear in Friendship Town Court in August.
