A Bradford man is accused of threatening to kill an Otto Township man Monday night.
Court papers say state police were called to Sweitzer Drive at about 11 p.m. and were told that 32-year-old Tony Joe McCormick called the victim and said he was going to go to his house and kill him in front of his family.
McCormick was arraigned by District Judge Bill Todd on one count of terroristic threats and four counts of harassment. They’re all misdemeanors. He’s in McKean County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 22 in front of District Judge Rich Luther.
