Three people are facing murder charges in connection with a death that occurred in Potter County earlier this year.
After receiving a tip, State Troopers recovered the remains of 19 year old Joshua Ramos of Galeton from a wooded area near the intersection of Harrison Rooks Road and Whitman Road in Harrison Township on Sunday. It was determined that Ramos had died in late March or early April.
An investigation revealed that 33 year old Felicia Kay Cary, 20 year old Krysten Lauren Crosby, and 28 year old Kyle Michael Nathan Moore, all of Galeton, had assaulted the victim at Cary’s residence and then took the body to the wooded area.
The three are all charged with first degree murder, third degree murder, and conspiracy to commit murder. Cary is being held in McKean County Jail without bail. Crosby is in Tioga County Jail without bail. Moore was taken into custody in New York State and is awaiting extradition.
