Pennsylvania residents who have already purchased their general hunting license for 2020 and 2021 can purchase their antlerless deer licenses starting Monday.
Applications are available online, but must be mailed using an official pink envelope, which is normally provided when a general hunting license is purchased. Resident applicants need to make checks and money orders payable to “County Treasurer” for $6.90 for each license they seek.
