Travelers going to New York from the state’s travel advisory list must provide local officials with their contact information to help enforce quarantining,
Governor Andrew Cuomo says the order will be enforced at every airport in the state, with travelers required to fill out a form with details about where they are coming from, where they are going, as well as the contact information. They must then give the form to airport officials before leaving airport.
Health Secretary Dr. Rachel Levine says Pennsylvania still has no plans to make the quarantine for travelers mandatory.
