A West Almond man was issued multiple charges after a domestic dispute Friday morning.
New York State Police troopers charged 27-year-old Ryan DiMartino with obstruction of breathing, unlawful imprisonment, criminal mischief with intent to damage property and criminal mischief in preventing an emergency call.
DiMartino was held pending an investigation.
