A Jamestown man who had been indicted by a Grand Jury last month on a felony drug charge has been taken into custody.
47 year old John Anzalone was indicted on March 31st after Jamestown police, the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, and the FBI executed a search warrant at a residence in the city.
Officers reportedly found more than 8 ounces of powder cocaine, steroids, drug paraphernalia related to trafficking, ammunition, and more than $4,500 in cash.
Anzalone was identified and taken into custody Monday during a vehicle stop. He was arraigned Tuesday morning and released without bail.
Additional charges are pending.
