The New York woman who was driving during a fatal accident in January has been sentenced.
28 year old Tiffany Prescott of Portville was sentenced to 38-76 months with credit for 130 days’ time served Friday morning. Prescott had pled guilty in an accident that led to the death of 24 year old Ryan Frazier of Lima.
During the sentencing, District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer said that the loss to the victim’s family “could never be satisfied.”
In addition, Prescott was pay restitution, $261 to the Police for blood work, $2,299.32 to PennDOT for accident clean-up and $3,550 to the victim’s mother for funeral expenses and will lose her license for one year upon her release.
