Yesterday’s Pittsburgh Pirates-Cincinnati Reds game was postponed because of rain, and the teams will play a makeup game at 1:10 p.m. Monday at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, marking the Pirates final away game of the season.
The series, which was tied at one game apiece, ends in a two-game split. Pittsburgh had won four consecutive series, while the Reds had lost eight straight.
The Pirates are 57-94 on the season and will next travel to Philadelphia to kick off a 4-game series against the Phillies tonight.
