Charges against a Bradford couple were bound to be McKean county court after a robbery of Universal Pressure Pumping Well facility in July.
26-year-old Kylie Jo McLaughlin and 24-year-old Joshua Goodmote-Miller are accused of conspiracy engaging in burglary, conspiracy criminal trespassing and conspiracy theft. A felony conspiracy charge was added during both preliminary hearings.
McLaughlin was additionally charged with conspiracy receiving of stolen property and conspiracy criminal mischief while Goodmote-Miller was additionally charged with receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and driving with a suspended license.
The charges stem from the theft of copper piping and car batteries which both defendants allegedly took to Weitsman recycling in Allegany to exchange the items for cash.
Goodmote-Miller alleges that there are other individuals involved, the Bradford Township Police Department is investigating these claims.
McLaughlin is currently in inpatient treatment and Goodmote-Miller was remanded to McKean County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail for the theft and $5,000 bail for an unrelated DUI.
