A Port Allegany man was charged after impaired driving in Olean Thursday.
New York State Police charged 47-year-old Andrew R. Goodwill with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and felony aggravated unlicensed operation.
The charges stems from a report issued on Oct.1, 2020.
He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
