Two men were charged after a neighborhood disturbance in Allegany.
New York State Police charged 51 year-old James M. Starr of Allegany with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing with a weapon and also charged 25-year-old Bryce R. Tarbox of Olean with aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal mischief with intent to damage property.
The charges stem from an incident reported on April 3.
Both men were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
