An Olean man was charged with two felonies after a dispute Wednesday.
Olean Police charged 51-year-old Jerry M. Harris with felony intimidation and first-degree felony criminal contempt.
The charges stem from the investigation of a report of a male yelling and threatening a woman with a knife.
Harris’ status was not reported.
