A Wellsville man was charged with a felony DWI Sunday.
Wellsville Police charged 32-year-old Robert N. Young with felony driving while intoxicated, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and not wearing a seatbelt. Additional charges are pending blood test results.
The charges stem from a traffic stop on Cummings Place.
Young was issued an appearance ticket, released to a third party and is due in Wellsville Village Court on July 12th.
